Reservations & Fees

1. All our fees are in US funds. A deposit is required to book all hunts. 50% of hunt price must be received as deposit. Balance of hunt fee is due by April 1st for spring hunts and June 15th for fall hunts. Trophy fees are due upon arrival as Cash, Cashier's Cheque or Money Order. No personal cheques will be accepted.

2. Government royalty fee’s are paid in advance of the hunt and refunded if unsuccessful.. Bear $75, Goat $150, Moose $125, Grizzly $1000 and wolf is $50.

3. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another party. We do recommend buying cancellation insurance (1-800-348-9505)

4. A fee of $300 per day booked will be charged for non-hunters accompanying hunters.

5. We can arrange crating and shipping of trophies.

6. Licenses are guaranteed for all game (no drawing necessary). We will mail a license application form as well as our Outfitter / Client contract well in advance of your hunt.

7. All licenses and tags must be acquired prior to the hunt.

8. Not Included:

      * Hunting licenses and species tags

      * Goods and services tax (GST) 2.5 %

      * Government royalties on game taken

      * Flight to and from camp, $1500

      * Non Resident Hunt Preservation Fund $150

      * Shipping, crating and export permits
